Stacy Face

My dad and I

Growing up, I had my share of family nicknames. This one began simply because “Face” rhymed with “Stace.” I also had a tendency of making funny or strange faces. So, my family could look at me and be able to say, “That’s a Stacy Face.” Needless to say, the nickname has been with me through all these years.

I thought it would make a good title for my blog not only because it was personal and dear to my heart, but also because I will be confronting many new things in my life. New places, new people, new experiences… My personal goal is to face the good with the not-so-good and live an adventure.

This Blog

I can safely say that my favorite way to be creative is within the boundaries of my computer screen. I take photos with a simple point-and-shoot digital camera. I enjoy using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere. I also dabble in web design, but nothing serious as I am basically self-taught. This blog will serve as a creative outlet as I begin a new chapter in my life and a way to let my family and friends know what I am up to.  I hope it will expand and grow!
